Hand Craft by those Clients in the association.

Music Chair time!

Visited Malaysia Mental Health Association with colleagues from Priority Banking today.

Great experiences.

Most of them are still under depression.

The health center is a place for them to set them free and decrease their depression.

One of the goal for them to achieve is to SMILE.

Maybe this is only small deal for us but its big deal for them.

We might laugh out loud or smile whenever we want.

But, it seems like a mission impossible for them.

They are not acting.

They are real.

At the same time,I feel terrible.

People will only be disrespectful towards them instead of helping them.

So,usage of appropriate words are important when we speak to them.

Anyway, they are talented as well.

Some of them are awesome in drawing or singing.

Salute!

Anyway,we played games with them and we did some interactions with them.

What are we trying to do is bring them fun and boost up their confident by talking to them and compliments them.

I can see how hard are they trying to communicate with us as well.

Well,its a great kick start!

Hopefully they can enjoy their life in the future with smiley face!

Just got news from social website, Facebook.

One of my friend has passed away.

He's my primary and secondary schoolmate.

We used to be in the same class.

Well,I still remember that he looks pitiful when he has to stay after school for detention.

He has serious disease years after this?

I was shock to know that he's gone.

Because we were only 20's young adult.

Well,this is fate.

At least,he's free from disease now.

The Broga Hill

This is not what we plan long ago.

We decided to go when we were high-tea-ing at the mamak stall nearby.

We woke up at 3 something and head to the destination at 4 something.

It's located nearby Taman Broga.

Opposite of Rabbit Farm.

Along the way to Broga Hill is a little bit scary.

Because we pass by some unknown places and the road is narrow.

Plus,Ah Foo was telling some ghost stories.

WTH.

Anyway,it's raining.

Fortunately,it has stopped raining when we got there.

OMITOFATT!

We started to climb at 5.30am and it's already 6something when we were up at the hill.

人越长大，就越习惯压抑内心的真实感受，

不再放声大哭放声大笑，什么都只是淡淡的点到为止。

好像越来越没有什么事，可以伤心到落泪，再也找不出，释放伤感的出口。

如果有时间有机会自由的哭，总是好的；

如果可以狠狠流出眼泪，就说明心没有干涸。

现在明明感觉到痛，却再也无法畅快的流泪。

Well,I never expect I would watch this movie.

I never watch the first episode.

Due to the movie time, we decided to watch at 3 pm in Mid Valley.

HA HA HA!!!

He was freak out by the sound effect.

HA HA HA!!!

Kind of surprise and also funny when I notice his response.

Moreover,he was trying to freak me out with a sudden action.

Well,fortunately,I didn't scream in the cinema.

HNNNG!!!

Actually,there' no ghost or what spirit appear in the movie.

Or I should say it is invisible.

We can only see how the strange things happen without seeing any visible object moving.

The devil spirit in the house freak everyone off.

Eventually,the spouse are dead while the adorable baby boy has gone.

In my eyes,the movie is still fine for me.

It's not scary but u would feel nervous fort waiting what's going to happen next.

Anyway,it's a great day with him!!!
